The content of the announcement indicates the online channel top-up rate SpeedPAK currently supports, Of these, Alipay and WeChat RMB per handling fee is 0.3%, UnionPay RMB per handling fee of 0.37%,Paypal USD and HKD per fee is 0.9% plus a fixed fee. It is also understood that PayPal fixed fee is USD 0.3/pen, HK $2.35/pen.
